You will be billed on the 20th of the month prior to shipment.
The current billing schedule and the box you will receive is as follows:
DECEMBER 20th - January box
FEBRUARY 20th - March box
APRIL 20TH - May box
JUNE 20TH - July box
AUGUST 20TH - September box
OCTOBER 20TH - November box
Satisfiction is a bimonthly subscription, so you will only be charged every other month.
Shipping is entirely dependent on when all of our products arrive. But we try our best to have items shipped out by the second or third week of the month. As we do feature newly released books in our boxes, the shipping schedule is entirely dependent on when the featured book is being released and when our copies arrive. We begin shipping items as soon as possible, but find below a general timeline:
January Box - JANUARY 15th
March Box - MARCH 15th
May Box - MAY 15th
July Box - JULY 15th
September Box - SEPTEMBER 15th
November Box - NOVEMBER 15th

Our cut-off dates are the 20th prior to the box you are wishing to purchase. Our cut-off dates are below:
DECEMBER 20th - January/February Box
FEBRUARY 20th - March/April Box
APRIL 20th - May/June box
JUNE 20th - July/August Box
AUGUST 20th - September/October Box
OCTOBER 20th - November/December Box
If you order after these dates, your subscription will automatically be pushed back a shipment. I.E.: If you subscribe on February 21st, you will be subscribing to the May box as this is past the cut-off time for the March box.

To gift a box, head over to our shop and purchase a one-time box. During the check-out process, there will be a tab that states, "This is a gift". Click on it and add your gift message! Last, but not least, double-check your shipping address to make sure it is your giftee's correct address.

Subscription's must be skipped prior to the 20th, in order to ensure you are not charged.
- Log in to your account and select subscriptions.
- Underneath your subscription, click the button manage.
- Select pause to skip your next shipment.
- Log in to your account and select subscriptions.
- Underneath your subscription, click the button manage.
- In the bottom right corner click, subscription settings.
- You will then be given a choice to pause or cancel your subscription.
Damages:
Our novels go through numerous quality checks in the packaging process.
Despite these efforts, damages can still occur during shipping.
Please read our damage guidelines below to see if your item qualifies. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at satisfictionbox@gmail.com with a photo and a description of how the item arrived. If your item qualifies, we must be notified with photos within ten days after your item has been stated as delivered.
If an item is deemed damaged and we are unable to replace it due to the item being out of stock, we will work with the customer to come to a satisfactory resolution.
Books are considered damaged if:
- There is water damage.
- There are torn pages.
- The binding is broken.
- There is a tear on the front cover.
- The formatting of the novel is incorrect.
- Over-sprayed edges on pages with words*
- A tear/rip/cut or visible scratch on the front of the book/dust jacket or spine larger than 2cm
- Residue or marks on the front or spine that cannot be removed and are larger than 1cm.
Books are not considered damaged if:
- Pages or dust jacket has crinkles, dents, or scruffs
- Binding is still holding all pages together
- General shelf wear
- Loose dust jackets
- Unevenly sprayed/blemished edges or bleeding onto pages
- Slight blur to stencilled edges
- Wavy pages
- Small white spots or scratches on sprayed edges or issues with the top or bottom edge of the book
- Minimal creasing on top or bottom of the book spine or corners .
*If spray bleeds on pages with words = 3mm in depth, please fill out an inquiry form on our contact page and attach photos. Some of our novel's edges are hand sprayed, not digitally sprayed by a machine, and therefore bleeding can possibly occur in the spraying process.
ALL SALES FINAL
We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or one-time purchases (limited editons, tote bags, candles, etc.) as of right now, but we will do our best to accommodate! Please fill out our inquiry form on our contact page.
Satisfiction is not responsible for packages after they've been dropped off at post offices. Satisfiction is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
It is the duty of the customer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly upon checkout.
If a package is returned to sender it will not be resent, due to the lengthy amount of time it takes to have the package returned. The customer may reach out to Satisfiction for a partial refund — The original postage amount will not be refunded as Satisfiction bought the postage, but the items will be refunded.
Per our shipping policy, Satisfiction is not responsible for any packages returned to sender. It is at the discretion of the customer to ensure their address is correct.
Customers are responsible for any import or customs fees.
Returns, refunds & exchanges are not acceptable for international orders. All sales are final.
Satisifctionis not liable for any shipping or international customs fees your order may accrue after shipment. Satisfiction is not liable for any items returned to sender.
